To hear that you're paying employees 11/hour after years of employment was beyond disheartening to hear. What needs to change for your employees to be paid a living wage?

Wasted my time was assured someone would call me back went in with my Hispanic friend. They returned her call but have yet to return mine and I'm not working but she is and was still able to get the assistance. I guess if u aren't of Hispanic ethnicity you will not be contacted. Hurt my spirit but i wish any one else good luck .

A total waste of time, the only help they take up is if they profit from it in whatever form. From what I've observed, the staff in here have huge egos and denigrate the people seeking help. They also take advantage of people who don't know the English language financially..if anything, I will personally see that they get monitored closely by the proper authorities. Also note that in all negative reviews they don't even reply to them to make fix their incompetence, but answer and praise all the good 5 star reviews.
