I am very pleased with this apartment complex. Their property manager Brian And the rest of the team do a phenomenal job of taking great care of her tenants. I would highly recommend this place. They are a bunch of professionals who are the best in the business. The way they have handled things during the pandemic has really impressed me and that’s why I’m giving them a fabulous five star rating.

Great place and well maintained landscaping, the apartment is wonderful and spacious. Maintenance rocks and office staff are always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this apartment complex and I love all the improvements that have been made the past few years.

I have been at Latitudes for many years and I wanted to share an honest opinion. When I see some of the other reviews I am really surprised at the comments from the 1 or 2 start reviews. I have never had any problems with the office staff or having any maintenance service. The manager Brian is very friendly and I see him daily talking with residents around the property and not shut up in the office like you might think. Everyday all day long you can see the maintenance guys moving all around the property on golf carts working on things. They must have close to 10 maintenance workers. On top of that there is usually always a set of contractors fixing up the buildings or adding amenities like the dog park that has recently been started. The pool is always open during the season and kept clean. The pool and clubhouse landscaping was just completely removed and redone and looks great. Just saying they are always fixing and working on things here and I can't say anything that gets neglected. Sure everyone has a blocked up toilet or an air conditioner that needs service on occasion. I have found the office staff follows up every time and the maintenance are clean respectable people. Like I said at the top I was really surprised at some of the 1-2 start reviews. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GREAT!

Latitudes is an absolutely beautiful property with awesome floor plans!! From the ponds, to the walking paths and nature area, there is something for everyone. This property absolutely feels more like a community than just another apartment complex.
