I called last week to make an appointment in service to have spark plugs put in my Expedition. Late model with straight plugs. Chris quoted me a price of 700 which seemed extremely exorbitant. As it turns out, it was. I bought plugs for 48 and my son installed them in just over an hour. Needless to say, I won't be visiting that service department ever.....
