Just got back on the 7th from a week long Southern Caribbean cruise on Freedom of the Seas. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had on a cruise ship. We had broken things in our room, rusty areas and unclean areas throughout the ship and in our room. The soda package was a waste of money....out of 5 machines on the ship only 1 worked and the line was crazy long. We were supposed to have fruit delivered to our room upon arrival and it didn't happen. Alcohol was so pushed at every corner on the ship and you were treated like a 2nd class citizen if you declined to drink. Every area is a hard sell...spa, shops, restaurants, drink packages, pictures, etc. It feels more like I'm in a high pressure tour instead of on a vacation. It was stressful and overwhelming. The buffet was a nightmare, so busy and people coughing and sneezing all over the place, no staff to direct people where to go or keep things clean and organized. Dining room was near impossible to get in on My Time dining unless you called early in the morning to make a reservation. Staff in the dining room were annoyed and clearly stressed out except Nicola and Addson who were phenomenal and I wish we had them every night. We did have a great experience (minus the upsell attempt) in the spa with Cherry and JoBeth getting massage and treatments. Overall this was incredibly disappointing. I came home to a double charge of over 800 that I am still trying to get Royal to refund and unsuccessful to date. DO NOT BOOK WITH ROYAL IF YOU WANT A GREAT VACATION!!!

Una experiencia inolvidable. Un crucero por el Mediterráneo occidental, España Francia e Italia. Muchas cosas que destacar, staff muy profesional y comprometido, se esfuerzan por agradar y dar un servicio excelente. Infinidad de actividades, shows, teatro, cine. La comida excelente. Se permite embarcar dos botellas de vino por camarote que se sirven en la cena si se desea. El desembarque y embarque en cada escala rápido y sin esperas.
Una experiencia inolvidable. Un servicio excelente. El tour por las islas de Aruba, Curazao, Bonaire y St. Maarten me encantó.
El servicio es muy excelente.....
