(PLEASE READ) With Covid-19 they now have the option of making appointments. I tried to book on Wednesday for a Friday appointment at 4pm through instagram. I was informed appointments have to be made 24hrs in advance or I can book same day, so I told them I’ll call Thursday for a Friday appointment. Fast forward to today (Friday) my appointment was booked and I actually made it to the shop at 3:14-3:20 , I was told I came too early and Johnny won’t be able to see me till my appointed time. So I asked can I start the pedicure in the meantime and she said that’ll be fine because by that time my pedicure will be done Johnny will be ready. So my pedicure was done by 4pm and Johnny wasn’t anywhere near ready!!!! The lady in the front said I would have to wait another 30minutes before he can see me. So annoying! At this point I only paid for the pedicure and left!!! They have no concept of time, so don’t have your hopes high when making an appointment. I will NEVER come here again!!!

Paid 85 for a mani and 2 pedi not everyone in that place can do nails... my toes were botched my nails were alright that's why they received 2 stars instead of 1... and yes I could've just spoken up but didn't notice until my sister said how awful hers were took a lost i won't visit this place again

The pedicure service I had today was terrible. my toenails look like they were made by a child. I paid 25 for a terrible service. I do not indicate and will never return!
