Needed to fix Windows bluescreen error 0xc0000017 so I brought it over (turned out I needed a fresh install of Windows). To do this you download it free from Windows onto a USB stick. After he started downloading windows he said that he wanted to charge me 30 for labor and 45 for the Windows install. So in conclusion, I waited an hour and paid 30 only to leave with the \professional recommendation\ to reinstall windows. lol.

Not imprerssed bout as vga cord was charged 10.00 to find it at Walmart for 5.00. I assumed they would be less being they get donations, the lady at first told me 5.00 then it went up to 10.00 after I said i do not have cash..
