I've had a couple of issues with my bills related to weird problems with the billing cycles. Both times I've called the customer service line and had the pleasure of speaking with a great customer service rep named Katrina. She provided me out of this world service, completely different than most big city customer service departments. She was attentive, professional, quick and extremely friendly. This Rip Off Company they are billing you in an intricate way that someone with not much education will not understand they are evil and will over bill you with a straight face i don't suggest anyone moving here or starting a business here the city of lauderhill knows everyone here is not educated so they set up shop right in the middle of lauderhill so the can suck the publics pockets dry don't come here there are alout of shootings in lauderhill.

Customer service over the phone sucks. Do not ask you can you hold, they just put you on hold not knowing if you can hold. Need to improve customer service skills. Was on hold for over 5 minute just to ask what is you mailing address so I can send a payment.
