From the beginning, I knew Manger Brittany and the staff were going to be a delight to work with. They are professional and pleasant. They also have a smile on their faces and a kind word to say when you walk in. The clients leaving are always in better shape because of the care they receive while at VCA !!!

Tech was so friendly and helpful with getting my blind dog out of the car and keeping her calm. The vet was informative over the phone and made sure to answer all questions and I never seem rushed. They were prompt for my appointment and got blood and urine samples in under 10 minutes! Very impressed!

Took my 9w old pup for his vaccines and a flight check up since we are gearing up for travel. I requested a health certificate(67.35)in case the airline asks for it. Dr. Santos requested a fecal test (72 dollars) to be conducted in order to complete it. I was informed it would be ready the next day. Called the next day and the office staff was baffled and clueless and had no idea on the status of the Health certificate. This is not the type of office I want managing my dogs health. The only reason I’m not giving zero stars is because my sister takes her dog here and has always had a great experience with Dr. Willie.
