Paid to wash my outdoor patio cushions over 20 dollars. When I took them out of the washer they were still muddy. Sent two messages to the numbers listed two different times. No calls or replies. Facility looks nice but customer service/support does not exist:(

Machine quit with a door error after swiping my card. Called number listed on office door for help, no answer no call back. About twenty minutes later an older gentleman showed up messed with the machine and was leaving with out saying anything to anyone. I stated I was the person that called and asked how I would get my money back if my card was charged. He strode with no answer and a blank stare as if he was offended I asked for my money back. Then began to berate me for asking and stating I needed to learn how to talk to people. I did get my 11 back but not before having to hear the man who stated he was the owner berate me again telling me I needed to learn how to talk to people. Moral of the story find a different place to do business!
Very clean and neat laundry. The machines are great. Obviously the owner takes pride in his business!
Always clean. Dryers are decent. Bathroom always clean!
Very clean, huge washers, credit/debit card pay on washers, huge dryers pay with quarters and dry fast. Super time saver and clean clothes.
They have very nice large washers and dryers. everything is very clean and kept that way. on many occasion's they have actually been there wiping and cleaning. they clean the drums they wipe everything out. the only reason why I gave it a 4 star rating as because they have taken out their vending machine.. I'm not sure as to why.. the big washers are 9 they fit to the 3 laundry baskets worth of clothing in there like a 55lbs a load washer
Tried this place today. The facility was clean, but no one, literally no one in the place, was wearing a mask. We're in a pandemic. People have died. That the management has no signs reminding patrons that they must wear masks makes the place incredibly unsafe. Management needs to post signs as well as a phone number to call to report violations of the law. If you care about your health and avoiding COVID, I'd stay away until they get better at ensuring their business is safe.
Good clean place was impressed with the good up keep of the place,good machines too price wasn't bad either...
