I always go to clod stone in different locations and always receive military discount. This is my first time in this location and it’s a shame they don’t offer it here. They also rushed me to order and put so little amount of the toppings. Service wasn’t good; I had to wait so long at the front for someone to come help me. Also, pay attention to your RECEIPT; I was over charged. I always order the same thing at whichever location I go to and I pay 7 and some change before military discount. When I ordered here, I was over charged; I Paid 9 and some change. I didn’t think much of it until I went to a different cold stone later and I confirmed the price difference. Not coming back here again.

As I was eating my ice cream, I scooped up a long piece of hair.... I had to throw away my whole “love it” cup. Not happy AT ALL. Terrible.

Sooo the lady that just prepared my ice cream dug in her ears then touched the waffle cone in the cup, and instead of her sling this on her own, I had to request that she change her gloves, and for a new cup

After my ice cream was made, the employee sat my ice cream down and walked away. He proceeded to help someone else. Several workers saw that I was standing at the register with my ice cream just sitting by the register. No one offered to help. I had to ask if someone was going to ring me up to which the same employee come back to cash me out. He then tried to say he didn’t know what I was doing. Not sure what else I was supposed to do if I’m standing in front of the register after you placed my ice cream by the register! Love coldstone but customer service isn’t the greatest.
