With this being my first car purchase both of these guys worked with me and my budget. They were such a great help and I wasn’t in there long at all like at most dealerships either. Andrew was more than helpful in my first car buying experience I was denied numerous different places. With Student loans and a part time job I thought I was lost. My credit was above a 630 and was able to get an Audi A3 with a co-signer. I’m so in love with my car AND THIS COMPANY AND SERVICE MAN!
This was absolutely the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had (and I’ve had my share) - from the time I browsed the inventory online through the application process and finally with the vehicle delivery, everything went smoothly and efficiently. I especially want to thank Floyd who handled the delivery from A to Z and Tony, the General Manager (I think?) who couldn’t have been more helpful. In fact, the whole experience literally couldn’t have been better! I’m definitely going to recommend Easterns to friends and family based on my stellar experience with the entire buying process - not to mention how happy I am with my awesome new car.
