When I went there to buy my car everyone was bending over backwards to get the sale through. I was pleased with the service I received until I discovered that they charged me a fee that wasn't supposed to be charged. I then discovered a problem with my car and emailed my sells rep, Eugene. I waited 3-4 days with no reply, so I decided to call about my problem. He was very aloft towards me. He acted like it was my problem to deal with, even though the car is still under warranty. I wasn't happy about the 1000 miles warranty, since most dealers give you 12000 but I really liked the car. I'm now sorry that I went to this dealership especially since I wasn't in the market for any brand of car. I won't go back to them. If you can't at least to pretend your customers after the sale then why bother in the first place. This is the first time I didn't receive a follow-up call after purchasing.

The location is accessible to any food establishments. The place is neat and the employees are very friendly. They also have a wi-fi access unless you want to wait for long. Restroom is clean and they have a complimentary water. A snack vending machine is also available just in case you might get hungry

Absolutely loved out experience at Laurel Kia! Worked with Pierce to purchase my new car and he made the whole experience awesome and super easy! I didn't go in there expecting to buy the car, but he was ready and willing and answered all the questions we have. From trading in my current vehicle, purchasing the new one, and understanding all my confusion. Definitely recommend going here if you are considering purchasing a Kia!!! Never purchased from a dealer until working with Pierce and Kia!
