Reid and Karl are too easy to work with. I was hesitant about who I went with and they never pushed or bothered me. They were completely honest about everything and never tried to convince me to get anything I didn’t need. ACTUALLY they did the opposite. They were the ONLY people I truly believe that looked out for my best interest in this whole process. I talked to many companies and did a lot of research myself. I’m positive I made the right choice with them. Everyone I had dealt with through the entire process to include installer to finance people were just great! Maryland State Solar salesperson Zach did an outstanding job while explaining how having solar panels would be a great benefit to our household. He took his time to explain every detail and answer each question that was asked of him. He answered each email and text without fail. He personally came to our house with a manual explaining the process with all attachments that we were provided at the time of the service. He's very easy to talk with and will explain things over and over if needed, and with me that was the case; it was a great experience working with Zach.
