I own a shop in Fulton Maryland and when one of our pieces of equipment went down this week, we found we needed to order a part that was critical. I stopped by National and although they don't carry parts, they took the part off a piece of equipment in their inventory. They gave it to me as an introduction to their store and level of customer service. They have certainly earned a new loyal customer. Kept us up and running..... So appreciated!!!!!

Helpful staff but be sure that whatever you bring to the checkout counter has a price tag (or that you know about how much it should cost) because it seems like if there is no price tag, they just quote you a number on the spot and from my experience (especially for the smaller items), it can be more than twice what you would pay at another restaurant supply store ...
They have great number of kitchen products on three floors, but customer service sucks. It looks like you have to beg them for services.
