I have experienced a very disrespect behaviour from one of the teller this morning at this location. And this is the second time an experiencing similar behavior from the teller. Teller explicit said he didn't want to assist and to step aside. I am like wow. I needed to post this and complaint about him to his manager. I never experienced this before of my 10 years as a client.

The ATM ate 300 dollars of an 1000 deposit. They say the count was not off, but neither was mine when I made sure how much money I had to put in the machine. When I have large deposits, I use a money counter, and run it multiple times to ensure everything is on point. Anyway, they say it never existed. I rallied for 3 weeks for my money. The final supervisor I spoke to on the phone was lazy, incompetent and could literally care less; and the branch manager for this location refuses to look further into than she already has. I will never return to this location, and I’m still considering taking my money out of this bank altogether. This experience does not make me feel comfortable keeping it with them. Take your money to another branch, both laurel ones are pure trash with faulty ATMS.
