If I can give them minus stars I would. Very aggressive and unpleasant sales manager (Gene Edwards). They installed a large tank for me. Cut through a bunch of electric cables and a water line while trenching. I contacted them about it but never heard back. The only calls I got was from Gene Edward about collecting with a very threatening tone. Very unprofessional. Overall a terrible experience. They offer a lower price for a reason. You get what you pay for; an inferior product and company. I’m very surprised they are in business. Will definitely not be using them for ongoing refills or any kind of relationship and do not recommend them

We moved over the summer and now have propane gas for the first time. I discovered this morning that I likely had let the tank empty. Lesson learned! My friend and neighbor recommended Poist and gave them high marks based on his positive experiences. I spoke with Gene, who exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and attentiveness. He worked some magic with his team, and Shawn was here two hours later to fill our tank. Shawn was courteous and friendly, and I appreciated his willingness to explain an issue that he noticed with my tank's gauge. He also communicated this to Gene, and next Poist will check the tank's pressure and test for leaks. This team clearly takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer service experience, and its prices are competitive to boot. I'll look forward to working with Poist Gas Company for my family's propane needs. Thank you, Poist team!
Excellent experience all around, very friendly and professional from all the staff. They succeeded quickly where other companies failed at the required job. I love competent people. I'm very satisfied as you can tell, 5 stars!
Terrible! They on several occasions have billed me for propane fuel that I never even used. I know this because I have been keeping track and shut off all valves to my appliances (furnace). They treated me rudely when I questioned them and refused to pay for propane I never (and could not) have used. If the pilot is turned off and the valves are off I ain't used any!
Poist did a great job installing an in-ground 1,000 gallon propane tank. Jeff Wiseman provided the estimate, made sure that everything went smoothly, established all of the needed connections, removed the excavated dirt, and delivered a top flight job!! I look forward to working with Poist for years to come!!
