It was easy to book an appointment and the team arrived earlier than expected. They called ahead to verify if I was able to receive them. Two employees arrived, assessed the items being moved, and gave me a quote on the spot. Since I had read their pricing on their site already, I knew what to expect. Once confirmed, the team quickly moved the junk, I paid, and it was done in a matter of minutes. Very pleased with the quick and professional work.

Mastermind DMV

I needed a haul-away service to remove an old stacked washer/dryer unit from my condo. I used this service because the company who originally came out to haul-away and install the new washer/dryer was unable to because of the way the old unit was nestled into that small space. I was a bit skeptical in that I didn't think the techs would (1) remove an appliance that is still plugged in and connected to the water hoses and (2) had the necessary skillset to remove this appliance. Spartan rose to the occasion and surpassed my expectations. Not only were they able to remove the old appliance, but they really thought outside-the-box on figuring out a solution. As you can see from the pic, the old appliance is end-to-end fitting in that space, adding a layer of complexity to the job. I was impressed with their persistence in helping me out. They did what the original company should have done (and that company is supposed to specialize in removing and installing washer/dryer units \u200d️ ). I would highly recommend Spartan for removal of and haul-away of appliances.

I had a fantastic experience with this company! After my Dad passed away, my Mom and I were left with a basement full of junk and trash. Michael and Derick came in and gave us an honest quote, and worked quickly and efficiently to load up as much as they possibly could into the truck and made sure to ask about priority so that we were getting as much value as possible out of our experience with them. The pictures don't quite do it justice but show most of the stuff Michael and Derrick were able to remove in one truck (plus one full sized mattress). I was really specific about which things they could take, and they were extremely accommodating and understanding through the whole process, even when we changed our minds several times about what needed to go and what needed to stay! I couldn't believe how they managed to take out several pieces of large furniture up a tiny staircase! They were super professional, and never took anything without double checking with us. They kept to the quote and the pricing chart on the website, and answered all of my questions before and during the process, so I knew exactly what to expect the whole time. We will definitely be hiring them again to finish this project and remove the rest of the junk on the property!

I had to reschedule a few times and it was a breeze. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Driver/movers called 30 minutes prior to arrival. They were careful not to scuff up my walls while removing the sofa.
