Quick in and out for registration. Will happily pay the convenience fee if it means I'm only there for 10 minutes. Plus the person who assisted me was professional and straight to the point, which I always love.

They charged me 25 dollars extra for a cardinals vanity plate that I didn't ask for. I was really upset when I opened that envelope. Literal scam don't go here.

Just transferred license plate and ordered new driver's license/travel ID. I delt with a woman named Valerie, she was so friendly as well as professional! This woman knows her job and has great customer service. Excellent experience! The only way it could have been better would have been if it were free. Almost was though as she found a credit we had just sitting in limbo. We missed a step requesting the money and thankfully Valerie caught it for us. Thank You Valerie, great experience!

I love third party dmvs. This is the second time I have been there recently. They are the rudest customer service reps I have ever dealt with. They need some serious training. Would give them -5 stars if possible. Wont be back

Very rude customer service, their manager a black old lady, that could be my mother, profile me, by saying that if I need help, I need to remove a negative feedback online, I told her that swears in my life I never leave any comment, and ask her to show me, than I requested an apology which she refuse to do! than started ask me if I still need help , I told her after an apology, than she told me bye,bye very rude customer service, unprofessional , went to one on 35av and southern , don’t your time

2 stars only because I got done what I came for but the attitude of these people is just awful, ive been here several times because of the convenience being close to home but every time it seems that every employee here is having a really bad day... all of them its a shame ... if you can go somewhere else do it
