The employee Alexis denied me of my purchase because I was using a different card. I never have a problem only with this specific employee. They are the only person who says something then try to say that manager enforcing the store policy. This is the same person I had an issue with almost 2 yrs ago. And since then every employee and manager has checked me out using both my cards with no problem. I asked them if they remember every customer card number and they said “yes”. How! No what you just did was singled me out and stated such. No possible way u remember everyone’s card number. Then said the system tracks and it can fall back on them, do you know how many people gave the same exact name in this world. Smh. This place doesn’t know how to properly read coupons and never have staff available, this is why they have self check out cause no one is every available at the counter. This place is overly price, when you can drive 5min more to 19th ave where you can find great customer service and products for reasonable prices. Alexis needs to get off their high horse and stop making rules that didn’t exist til now. I been couponing at cvs for over 10yrs and I would gladly drive miles for great service and better prices. I can tell why they have a 2.0 rating.

Uneducated employees not intrested in the law only Store policy. I tried to get the employee to educate himself but he was positive there is no such thing as ADA And store policy trump federal law they'll get an education now
This is for the worker's. At first I will admit I was upset that only the employees had access to hand sanitizer while the customers were S.O.L. when it came to using something to at least help clean my hands. I did not say anything thing about it nor was I rude. I was upset that they only had that for the employees. But it was at that time I realized they needed more than I did. I did not have to go there, they did. I could leave when I wanted to they could not. I did not have to keep my cool, they have to. Thank you for being open during this crazy time. Even though you should not have to, thank you for keeping your cool when others would not or could not. Thank you for going above and beyond when others won't. CVS has a high standard and expectation for their employees and it showed today. Thank you for giving me something else to think about than my wants or needs. Thank you
Stay as far away from this location as possible. The front of store customer service is appalling, and the manager is beyond rude. I also found out, the item he said he absolutely could not help me with was a lie as they had no trouble helping me at 19th. Ave and Baseline the very same day. UDATE FERUARY 2021 As you can see by my photos the pharmacist has NO REGARD FOR COVID PROTOCOL.
I do not understand the low rating for this CVS location. Everytime I have been to this store the employees are friendly and helpful. Plus they are always wearing masks.
