The staff is very warm and welcoming and fast at responding to any calls or emails sent. The paralegal Ms. Whipple is very courteous and responsive when you need questions to ask the attorney. Mrs. Johnson-Vigil is a compassionate attorney who works very hard on your case and doesn't make you feel like you are just a number. She is professional both in person and in the courtroom. I would urge anyone searching for a lawyer (good luck to you) to go elsewhere. My lawyer's actions from this firm were much more beneficial to the opposing party and I was very disappointed with the services I was provided as well as the level of professionalism. When I brought this up and tried to discuss the situation with my lawyer she was unprofessional to say the least. I had hopes that this was going to be a positive and supportive experience and am only writing this review to help others who are about to spend a lot of money on a lawyer and want to be treated with respect and with transparency in the communications they receive.

Don’t waste your time or money. We got lectured on how we needed to be more flexible with our schedule when we didn’t even get to see the baby for an entire year! After our lawyer quit the office conveniently one week before the court date (which had already been rescheduled once) and no one else in the office wanted to take our case we found a new lawyer who did more for us in one week than this firm did in months!!! Don’t waste your time or money because they’ll definitely take it! We got more than we expected with another lawyer and are very happy this office did not represent us in the end. Very condescending! Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer, they are all for the mothers and not for the fathers.

She is unethical and steals money. She took 3500 to file a motion and never filed. She did not stand up for us when the other lawyer recommended my partner and I separate during visitation with no supportive evidence to do so. She is horrible.

She (and the whole office) did extremely well in communicating with me the status of my case and understanding what I hoped to achieve in our court hearings. She was able to find several statutes that applied to the case that I had not heard of before helping me save money in the long run. I appreciate all the help that the office was able to provide.

My ex retained them and even though they were opposing me, their staff was extremely friendly and courteous to me. They are very professional and never let me feel like I was unwelcomed. Once again, this is from someone who was on the opposite end of them.
