I'm not even sure Justin is active at this point. Doesn't have office personnel to answer phone, no longer work there. No returned voicemails or emails. Not one scheduled meeting, even knowing there was only one, or phone calls were never, or close to, on time - some didn't happen at all. There was always an excuse every time when I did talk to someone (\Justin is in court all day\ For an entire week?) I don't buy it. They took about 1,700.00 and I ended up self representing myself. They caused a divorce to be drawn out over a year when it could have been completed in 2 months or less. File complaints through the BAR association. Don't know how he still has a 4 star rating - BE AWARE folks!! Reply - There were \many many request\ ? It wasn't many different request, it was many request to change the initial changes. You may frequently be in court, however you should frequent get back to your customer that are paying your bills. Not a professional way to run a business, the excuse of lost employees doesn't cut it either.

Working with Attorney Gearty and his staff has been such an enlightening experience. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the area of law that my case was in but he took the time to explain and educate me so I would always know what was going on and what was next. He would educate me, give me his expert opinion, then let me make the decision. You would think with the excellent service you get dealing with this law firm that it would be expensive! But no! He was so fair with what he charged me for what I got in return! I’ve already recommended Attorney Gearty and his team several times and will continue to do so. Please stay clear of this problem and headache. Mr. Gearty is incompetent and completely lost my confidence in his ability to truly represent his clients. Not only did he fail to show up for a scheduled meeting prior to my conference, but when he did finally show up, he was late to the custody conference. His appearance was embarrassing. He had a wrinkled suit, pants halfway down his butt, and a dirty, untucked shirt. He smelled as if he had just woken up with a hangover. He knew absolutely nothing about my case and did not represent me well at the conference because he did not know want I wanted and my game plan. When presented with these issues after the conference, he rolled his eyes and dismissed my concerns. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money elsewhere.

This law firm is the absolute worst. Justin Gearty is a real slimeball. Go to a respectable attorney. Anyone in the city is better than these pathetic excuses for human beings. Go back to the holes you crawled out of. Hopefully this lawyer will be held accountable.
