From my personal experience with what I have witnessed being involved in a case recently, I feel Mr. Tucker and his partner Michael are unprofessional and negligent. They do not respond to calls or emails in a timely manner, if they choose to do so at all. They seem to have little to no compassion for alienated parents and make no effort to encourage their clients to follow through with legal agreements. I believe a firm should hold both parties in agreement responsible. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to find legal representation elsewhere if you wish for things to be done right and in a timely manner with respect and compassion. Personal opinion based upon witnessing what a family member has endured is not defamation. Defamation is a false statement of fact, not an opinion. People are free to express opinions, as I have.

I would not recommend these people to anyone. They played around for almost a year never finished what they were paid for. I had to fire them to resolve what they did not do and even that was a nightmare. I received better results representing myself .

The worst Group of people I have ever met. They told me they would fight for me and my children but it was all talk. Very unprofessional will not return phone calls. On my hearing for the custody of my Chrildren Vernon Tucker was not prepared, he could even remember how much custody I have or my schedule of my children. They are really great talker and will build you up and give you hope but when push comes to shove they will not fight for you. Once they got my money they stop putting in work. Do yourself a favor and find a firm who honesty. This one will not be there for you trust I learned the hard way.
