I am so happy that I went with this company. For a little background I moved into a new house in early spring that needed a lot of landscaping. I called a few different companies to come out and give me estimates on the work that needed done. Most of companies pretty much told me that it was to much work for them or never they showed up to give me an estimate. Lawnworks came out within a week to give me an estimate and were ready to do the work and gave me a great price to. They have done my landscaping around my house and now take care of my mowing and fertilizing. This company is great and I highly recommend it.

After consulting with numerous lawn care providers I noticed this company was BBB A rated so called them. Dominic got right back to me, came out to the house and quoted a very fair price to put our yard in. Amazing is all I can say, they were professional, courteous of our time and most important....the yard came in and looks GREAT! Thanks Dominic and everyone at Lawnworks!

Very disappointed with this company! Our yard is not coming in very well and the employees very unprofessional. They just show up without any communication! Gave them ideas of plants we wanted and showed up with what we said we didn’t want. My husband tells them this is not what we want and the guy working says well this is what you get. Needless to say they didn’t finish the landscaping. We did our own only to find out they dumped all the stone from the yard in the flower beds! Not happy with the outcome at all!

Horrendous customer service. I won’t bore anyone with the story but their employees are looking for any excuse to skip your lawn/their job/etc. And when they find a way to bypass your lawn and save themselves 20 minutes of work, do not expect the office staff to help you. I feel bad for being less than pleasant to the girl I spoke to. It probably isn’t her fault, she was likely reading from a flowchart and probably just out of school. Maybe their policy of “bottom line at cost of individualized customer service” comes from the owners. I don’t know. What I know is that it was made clear to me that they were doing me a favor, it was not the mutually beneficial relationship it should be. Bottomline, if you want mass produced, cheap lawncare: They’re your guys. Lawnworks is like a big box retailer. Go with them to save a buck if you have to, but don’t be surprised when your product breaks and isn’t covered by warranty. Spare yourself and call ANYONE else
