Ive been a AAA member for 6 years. Last year i moved out of my original agents jurisdiction and had to go with Lawrence. They took care of everything. My reason for one star is this...i was on autopay so every month they took renters and car out through my bank. For some reason everything got canceled due to on payment\. I did not get one phone call or email. No communication at all from them. Well i finally get a piece mail stating my stuff has been canceled as of a certain date and i got the mail 5 days after that date. I called and asked for it to be reinstated due to their negligence and i couldnt because of some law in Kansas. I love and trust AAA but this was sooooo messed up on their part. Luckily my original agent took over and im back in good hands.
