I almost never write reviews, but it was the first thing I wanted to do after taking a bite of my shawarma wrap. It was flavorful, fresh, and above all delicious! The decor is bright and welcoming, and the customer service is great both over the phone and in person. This is my new favorite local restaurant.

Lamb shank entree was great; chicken was dry. Portions were good size. The complimentary tea was excellent - mildly sweet. Service was basic, but ok.
Argana opened on W 23rd Street earlier in the year, though I did not have a chance to try it before it burned down. The photos and article I read really made me sad I never had a chance to try it. Fast forward to this week, I read an article in the LJW which advised Argana had moved into the old 'Wake the Dead' spot on E 7th. Decided to place a take out order and chose the argana meat combo entree which came with soup and a salad. I love baba ghanoush and ordered a side which came with warm pita bread. The food was ready in fifteen minutes and the owner, Yasine, greeted me by name upon arrival. They've got a really nice space, which includes some smaller rooms offering more privacy. Yasine also offered me a chance to try the Moroccan spiced meatballs. They were very nicely seasoned and I look forward to ordering them as an entree next time. Once I got home, I likely ate way more food than I should have, but everything was delicious. The salad was fresh, soup was nicely seasoned and the meats tender. I look forward to my next visit to Argana and hope they succeed in this difficult business climate!
I went in there because I was waiting on an appointment and I was hungry. The food was fantastic - flavorful and fresh. I was hanging out a bit after I finished my lunch and the person working brought me some hot tea. He was extremely friendly with the people coming in to pick up food as well. I don't often write reviews but I felt the experience with the customer service and the welcoming atmosphere was worth noting.
Excellent service & food. Great decor! The Chicken Schwarma wrap was delicious. I live in MO but will eat there again whenever I'm back in the area.
Food has been delicious, man at the counter has been very friendly and accommodating, atmosphere is soothing. I've only tried the Chicken Shwarma entree, would recommend
