We recently bought a beautiful van with low mileage from Auto Exchange in Lawrence. It is obvious that they curate only nicer pre-owned vehicles. Their lot is full of gorgeous cars at great prices. The process was so easy and the personnel there is top rate- We worked with both Jeremy and Eddy. They were both so nice and there was no high pressure to purchase from them, which is important to us.

Thought it was going to be a good experience. I thought I was being very thorough and asking lots of questions. But, still got screwed. I’ve had to take my truck in multiple times for the same issue. Taking my deposit for my warranty without actually fixing my vehicle. Was told this was going to be reported to credit bureaus and they DO NOT REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAUS!! this is the only reason I wanted to get a car with monthly payments in the first place so I could build my credit. Being lied to saying it would apply and it doesn’t. I will not be going back and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm 21 this my first time financing a car. I love my car and all that, but it did break down within 4 days of me having my car off the lot, and I pay insurance to the lot and to a insurance company. What I really wanna know is that right or is they playing me? Cause I really wish I didn't have to remember to pay 2 places every month.
