I called Drs. Dobbins and Letourneau because the optometrist I typically go to wasn’t able to see me until mid March. The scheduling coordinator, Brittney, offered me an appointment the SAME DAY that I called! WOW!! She was able to schedule an appointment for me the following day because it worked better for my work schedule. When I walked in, Kacee greeted me with a smile on his face and quickly checked me in for my appointment. Nicole and TJ shared stories about their pups while I waited to be called back (I’m a dog mom so this was a GREAT way to pass the time even though I only had to wait for about 5 minutes) Staci called me back for the typical eye health tests and explained each test perfectly even though I’ve worn glasses/contacts for multiple years. She made sure to cover all questions I had! Dr.Dobbins was extremely professional and efficient during my eye exam and provided a pair of contacts for me to wear until my new prescription arrives. Last but certainly not least, Debbie assisted me after my appointment and explained my insurance benefits/out of pocket cost and answered all of my questions about billing. This office is AWESOME! Everyone wore masks and hand sanitizer was placed throughout the office. Finding an optometrist that can get a patient in same day is difficult, even before COVID. Drs.Dobbins & Letourneau exceeded my expectations and will be my go-to optometrist from now on!!

It had been years since I’d gotten my eyes checked. Dr. Dobbins team helped me to feel informed, safe, and excited for my new glasses throughout my appointment. It took very little wait time after arriving for my appointment. The waiting room and exam rooms felt clean and sterilized so I was comfortable being there during Covid. After my exam, TJ and the rest of the team were a confidence-boosting blast to patiently help me pick out the perfect pair(s) for me! Whole thing took about an hour. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!

All staff is so positive and friendly! The glasses technicians are so accommodating, Dr. Dobbins is so kind with a great sense of humor, and Staci always has the most uplifting attitude and is well informed whenever I have questions. When I left, I got some antibacterial spray personalized with my name on the bottle! It’s always such a pleasant experience - I wish I had to go to the eye doctor more often!

Came in for an eyeglass frame try-on after creating an online wishlist off the website. Super convenient process. My appointment with Sarah was great. She had my choices and /alternatives ready to try. Sarah was knowledgeable and patient & answered my ton of questions. Awesome service!
