My overall experience was good. 1300 for 2 different vehicles. My sales representative Allison was awesome. The only problem was the pricing for the same rental fluctuated. The reps ...some, do the calculations in their heads, therefore arriving at different figures. I did get an upgrade free of charge. Also, there was a situation where the first car rented was to be sold while I was still in it. That was a lot disconcerting. I'd recommend them.

I’ve rented many times with Enterprise. Each time has been nothing but a positive experience. Great customer service, always affordable rates, and they make it a simple and quick process every time. Enterprise is definitely far superior when it comes to car rental companies. NEVER go through Budget; always Enterprise! ️️️

The Lawrence, KS branch of Enterprise is the best. Literally, the best. Ive endured all Enterprise branches from all 48 states and this one has the best staff of all of them. If i were CEO i'd make this my flagship example of how every office should run. Do not hesitate, don't fall into the Avis trap - ignore Hertz (DOA) and Budget? only dead people rent from Budget. Get on this LFK Enterprise tip STAT.

They need to explain how this works alittle better. We had the credit card but wanted to pay with cash which they would accept. So they lost a sale. Plus the young man was very rude.needs to.be taught customer service.
