KU's engineering department is very strong with departments for Aerospace, Civil, Chemical, Bio, Mechanical, EPhysics, and Electrical Computer Science. My senior projects in Digital Design led directly to my first jobs building computer graphics hardware and software. Several of the folks who taught me are still there and they have continued to recruit strong faculty in the years since. I strongly recommend KU Engineering on the off chance you're using Google Maps to choose your major.

From the building LEEP2, you’ll know how worst KU Civil Engineering has been. Nevertheless, Electrical Engineering raised the rate from zero to three stars of the entire School of Engineering majors at KU. But 3-star is still average, as the Dean of Engineering said “there is still room to improve”. However, most folks here are not contributing at all but only seeking benefits without work — this is not gracious. And most of the students here are South Asians, which is perhaps pretty normal (?) in American colleges as if American students didn’t go to college? Very not abnormal to have a crusader and spy in there? Well, that’s just a little joke from Harry Potter.
