Nothing urgent or express about this place. Been here over 2hrs for our employment drug test because they only have 1 nurse to collect samples. Was originally told 30-40 minutes. Staff is very friendly on a good note.

Great service. Got me in to see a doctor super quick and the staff was really friendly! I would go back for any future needs.
Had a very positive experience today. Went in for a drug screen required by my school program, and the technologist who did it was very polite and helpful. I was told the wait could be up to an hour and a half due to their busy clinic volume, but they got me in much sooner. I appreciate it! Definitely a team of hardworking professionals.
I've gone to MedExpress more than once now and I'm never disappointed. It's never too long of a wait and they always get me in and out. They have great customer service and will do whatever they can to help!
Horrible. The people there listened to my father and his symptoms and it cost 129 bucks he gave them 130 then they call him back and say they can't give him the meds he needs and so he asks if he can have his money back and the lady was trying to explain why they can't help him when he's just trying to get his money back. They gave him 129 dollars and refused to give him the other dollar. Worth the half hour drive to Topeka to go to the med express there.
