Every time I go in to pay a bill, the staff are courteous and understanding. My internet is great and I rarely have any problems. I have had no hidden fees so far and I have had their business from day 1. Keep up the good work!
I've had Midco for a year, after switching from AT&T. With my old provider, I was plagued with problems and unhelpful customer service. Now, with Midco, I haven't had any issues. Recently, my promotional discount expired, and when I called in, the billing and sales teams were very helpful in explaining my bill and possible routes forward. My internet speed is good and I feel like if I ever ran into issues in the future, customer service would be immediately helpful. Midco is the way to go.
Aaron went beyond what I expected in installing my internet service for my company Blue Duck Plumbing. He did a great job placing the cable. If ever I need to have one of their techs I will request him.
