The Nurse Practitioner at the Minute clinic was very knowledgeable and professional when I went on 03/10/20. She is limited on her equipment and devices to diagnose and deliver services, but if you think you need that then go to an ER or a Prompt Care facility. It would be nice if CVS could expand this service but then it would probably cost more for patients.

By far the worst place you could go to get any kind of medical care. Took off work to get my son (3) into the clinic after his daycare became concerned about his cold (given corona pandemic). We scheduled an appointment and waited at the location for 40 mins after our appointment time just to be told they \only help patients who show up on time\ regardless of the fact that we showed up early. The nurse was not only rude but extremely racist. When I stared we were early and waited for more than 40 minutes she stated we would have to wait another 90 minutes to be seen even with him coughing and obviously showing contagious symptoms in the lobby. The manager on duty could have cared less
Was a waste of my time and money. Went in there with just a chest cold, all I needed was antibiotics and a doctors note. But she wouldn’t supply either for me and told me I had to go to the ER to get chest X-rays done even though I told her a few times I can’t afford certain things. So what made her think I could afford a 300 ER visit?? Paid them 50 so she could check my blood pressure and listen to my lungs. All she had to tell me after I told her I couldn’t go to the hospital was “Well good luck then Sarah.” I’m fuming.
Thank you Minute Clinc! I was not feeling good today and Sharon's advice truely worked! My acid reflux is gone.
Rude staff and terrible customer service. Any time a paying customer who is at your establishment has to wait 2 hours in public with the flu when no one else is there you are not only terrible at your job, but a public safety hazard. Go to a real doctor instead of these bad-service hacks.
