PipeDoctors gets an A. TRUST was a huge factor since i had recently purchased a rental property but wasn't living in the area (and know nothing about plumbing!). Todd was prompt, thorough and I felt that he was very trustworthy in all aspects of his service. He discussed quote details and options before proceeding, kept me in the loop, and was extremely fair in his dealings with me. We were very satisfied with his completed work. Todd was super pleasant and professional as well - It’s obvious that he takes pride in his work and service. I highly recommend this business!
Todd is incredibly professional, quick to respond, polite, and works efficiently. We have had to call him multiple times, and every time I have complete confidence in anything he has worked on.
