I can't rate this place highly enough. Great if you need a refurbished computer or parts for many popular branded systems like Dell, Lenovo, Apple, and others. If you build or repair your own machines, this is also a great place to get parts without having to wait for shipping. Hard disks, RAM, power supplies, even SATA cables, stuff like that. If it's not listed on their website, just email and ask if they have it. When I need something today, I check with RTR first.

My son's Lenovo Yugo laptop touch screen needed replacement - a job no other shop was confident to handle. Jim provided straight forward advice on right-parts for the tough replacement. Giving it's in their busy holiday season while my son would need the repair done before school starts, Jim squeezed a noon time before Christmas and got the touch-screen perfectly replaced! Waited to do a review on a used Dell laptop I purchased for my wife. Its been a year and no problems its still perfect, even the battery. They asked me what I wanted for specs on the laptop, RAM, hard drive, Win , 8 or 10 etc etc. and built the thing to the specs. Since have highly recommended them to several friends for repairs or to purchase a used laptop. Am about to return with another laptop that needs repair without hesitation. Hard to find service like these guys deliver and the price is right.
