Polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I am still working on replacing the part I went there for. Jacob was very knowledgeable about the part I need. I need to get more information about the equipment for him to help me. I am glad that he did not try to rush me into buying a part that will not work for me.

If your are ever in the need for equipment they are wonderful to deal with. They make you feel like family taking the time to answer any questions and go over the equipment with you. This is the second piece of equipment I have bought from the in the last year.
