I normally go to Namco where they usually end up telling they are out of stock once I have been waiting around for someone. I found this place by googling a few nearby locations. I have to say the staff is amazing! I had no idea what I needed but all I had to do was explain to a young man named JJ what was going on with my pool and he took care of the rest. The cashier that helped was beyond friendly and helped me bring the stuff to my car. To me, you can’t put a price on customer service. I will now come here for all my pool supplies!

I have never owned an in-ground pool before and expressed this to the owner Roy. I spent over 40,000 dollars repairing a pool and as they were finishing the construction, the person they had puttying a new coping around the pool left a huge mess in our pool. We assumed the Swimming pool center would help clean up the mess, didn't happen. I was looking for some help on how to vacuum and filter the pool , got a five minute instruction. If your looking for good customer support go elsewhere. they do not pay attention to details and you will get left paying them more than you bargained for. A 1 star is too high a rating....go elsewhere
