I had Swims and Sweeps come out to my house in Tomganoxie, a 20 minute drive from Lawrence. It was a simple fix, replacing some plumbing. The technician didn’t have the parts on the initial visit so a second visit was required. I asked the technician is I would be charged for a second service call fee and I was told no that the service charge was only 106 dollars and that would be honored as a continuation of work and another 105 wouldn’t be charged. It was charged, I was charged the 105 twice and when I called the Lawrence office to question the bill they didn’t work with me or offer anything to offset the cost. I wouldn’t have asked them to come out if the technician had accurately described the charges. I expected the company to work with me on price; reducing the price by 105 or meeting me in the middle but they didn’t. I guess they don’t value customers. If you use them I would make sure they are very clear on pricing before you decide. I will not use this company again and won’t recommend to anyone.

I started using Swims & Sweeps a couple years ago. The prices for supplies are reasonable, but this year I have asked for help multiple times, asked to get on the schedule for someone to come to my home and help, and all I get is directions on how to do something to see if it works. If I call a business and tell them I need someone to come to my home and help, that's what I need. I don't need someone second-guessing me by trying to provide \helpful information.\ It tends to make me wonder if they even want my business anymore.
