Went to T-Mobile to \compare\ two phones. JOHN was my customer service representative. John was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was knowledgeable about his products, did not rush me or pressure me to buy the most \expensive\ phone, or try to up-sell me on anything. It was a very pleasant experience! John was wonderful!!

Went in because I needed help installing a tempered glass screen protector onto my phone a nice lady helped me out she got an opportunity to learn how to install it because of me very happy I found out however that the kit I bought had the easy screen protector frame stolen from it thanks to the staff there I will be going to rate the glass where I bought it from because of this so thankful to the people that helped me I will definitely go back there again if I ever need help again

John has been amazing. He took a bad day for me and made it a great day. Boost mobile wants to keep a paid off phone for 12 months but T-mobile has different policies. Don't use Boost nothing but headaches! Go to T-mobile best customer service & experience at 23rd st and 31st. I have so many positive experiences working with both locations in Lawrence ks. Keep up the great work!
