We had their technician out today to troubleshoot a fireplace problem and to do regular maintenance... we were all VERY impressed! He was very patient with our questions and knew his business inside and out! Will use their service from now on, 5 stars!

The FirePlace helped me trouble shoot an issue that ended up saving me 375 for a part they easily could have sold me. You can bet that I will spend that same amount this off season when I purchase a second unit from them for our addition. Thanks guys
