Was looking for a new XL band for my Hamilton watch, but they had to look into it and get back to me with a price. I never heard back from the store, I guess they don't want to be bothered with ordering something. I called Hamilton watches part's number and ordered the band no problem in just a jew minutes. I would not do business with them just order what you need online, most of what they carry are junk brands anyway.
