Bryan gives exceptional service and is very responsive. I am a Realtor in Lawrence and have utilized him many times for clients and have always been impressed. Bryan has also done work for me at my personal residence and really exceeded my expectations when repairing my A/C. He saved us over a thousand dollars by making a phone call to the manufacturer of our unit. He found out the part was under warranty and then drove to get it for us. His technical knowledge was above and beyond, and I felt like he cared more about doing the right thing than making a buck. I think we all know that is hard to find anymore! He is competent, trustworthy, and patient. I will never use anyone else.
