All of the employees were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Their prices are reasonable and they actually talk you through what you want done with your car; and if it will be the best option for your specific situation. I just purchased Katzkin leather seats through Auto Accents for my 2020 4Runner and I am absolutely in love with them! The pricing was reasonable and it included the installation! Since the moment I stepped in the shop, Lee was quick to greet my sister and I. I was very surprised to see how Lee was very informative and helpful about my decision making and taking me serious (Bc I look like I’m 15 lol and maybe [Lee] thought I was just probably window shopping and was not serious about purchasing). I was pleased with everything!! Thank you for your professionalism! I was LITERALLY out within 30 minutes; that’s including the small talks about what design to go for , schedule time and the whole checkout process, etc. Exceptional customer service!!

Auto Accents on Born St in Lawrenceville Ga. Sale guy was great , listened to problems was having with radio in SUV. Then I told him what I was looking for in a new system. We talked about several different types of systems and i settled on an Pioneer model. Instalment took less than 2 hrs. Very neat and tidy work! Very impressed with the whole experience ! Would highly recommend them for audio work!

Wow!!! What a great place for car alarm. My mom had issues with her car alarm from another company and Auto Accents said yes to check what was the issue and they were so honest and explained it all with details. So we told them to remove the car alarm (that was installed from another company) from my mom's car and place a new one with them (Auto Accents). My mother and I so happy. Thank you Lee, and the person we texted and the person that installed the new car alarm, you know, thank you to everyone. We are so grateful to have found you guys on Google. I highly recommend.

Auto Accents totally botched the aftermarket leather install on my brand-new truck. First, they ordered the wrong parts, then tried to cover it up by manually tearing holes in the underside of the seat cushions to get the vented function to work. You can see a picture below. The job was supposed to take 2 days and they ended up having the truck over 2 weeks over the past 3 months and it is still not right. The promised the factory function of the seats would remain once the job was done which is not the case. They even damaged other trim pieces in the truck that they weren’t even working on. They have neglected to take any responsibility for anything and continue to deflect blame. I would give them Zero stars if that was an option. Please stay away from this company and be aware! 11/21/20 Adding an addendum to respond the Auto Accents reply: Considering I bought the truck brand new 3 months ago (not 6) and have been dealing with this install for the past 3 months only further discredits your argument.
