Jonathan Perez came out to give a second opinion regarding replacement of my HVAC system (as recommended by a competitor due to the age of my system). Jonathan was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, and took a lot of time explaining what he found. He recommended replacing a 150 part and said my system could last another 1-2 years before it needed to be replaced, so why replace now? The employees in his company do not work on commission, so have no incentive to do more than absolutely necessary, unlike many other companies. He saved me 5,000.
