I just visited the new Princeton location today and overall had a smooth experience! The front desk staff (Jennifer) was kind and patient, answering all of my questions. The new office is beautiful and clean, quiet. Ursula, the senior midwife, took her time to discuss how my pregnancy is going and answer all of my questions. The staff are always welcoming and warm. I am looking forward to having the rest of my appointments in this new office.

I hate to leave a negative review as they've delivered both of my children, but I've tried to make a time sensitive appointment twice in the last few weeks online and received zero communication back, not to mention they frequently turn on the answering service which cannot make appointments during their regular business hours. I am currently on hold at 11:15am on a Monday when the queue says they have 11 people ahead of me. There's absolutely no reason that a business of this size should have this much of a backlog unless they are not staffed adequately or have unmotivated staff, and even during a pandemic you could hire staff to answer and schedule appointments remotely. I am disappointed by this quality of care. Logistics is part of the patient experience as well.

Danielle Melican is absolutely the best you can get in women's health care. She is personable, she listens without judgment, and puts a woman's bodily autonomy at the top of the list. Plus, she knows her stuff. Hands down the best provider I've ever had for my midwifery and GYN care.

I had an absolutely wonderful visit. The process of getting set up as a new patient was very simple and the woman at the desk explained everything so clearly. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable despite my anxiety about coming in. It was so nice to see staff cleaning the seats and counters during down time to ensure the health and safety of all patients. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the facility.

The services were top notch and the midwives and doctors were always thoughtful and concerned about my welfare. They listened and tried to help based off my preferences. I was self-pay and they worked with me on that as well.
