These guys are the truth!! Great company! The owner is definitely a man of his word!! They came and delivered my refrigerator in the POURING RAIN and even delivered it after hours!!! And they were SO nice! I got an AWESOME deal on a fridge that I know was worth at least 500 more than what they were asking for it. Just some minor dings, I don't even notice them. I Highly recommend ESM appliances to everyone I know!

The people are nice but not the quality of appliances. I had to swap my dishwasher out twice, and this 3rd one I have is falling apart. I will look for a brand new one somewhere else.

Wonderful store. Josh and Alfredo were extremely helpful. Found what I wanted within a few minutes and was in and out in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend and use again. Update: Had a small problem with one item - they were very quick to come out and fix it. My entire family is very happy with my purchases.

Joshua was an extraordinary person. Was looking to buy a fridge for my house and josh took his time and patience to explain everything to me while also juggling phone calls and other customers. He has charm and customer service like no other, you just might have to be careful because he just might make you buy everything you see (kidding). Overall wonderful clean store with amazing customer service. will be buying here again.
