Beware, I was approved for a 3000 credit limit. Bought a treadmill, went back to get an ab machine they wouldn't sell it to me unless I spent a 1000 or more that it was wells fargo. just lost 2 customers. I will buy my equipment somewhere else. He down right lied I called wells fargo to verify and they confirmed there is no limit on purchases. Thieves and liars

I'm eager to write this review. I am preparing for knee replacement surgery and purchased a recumbent exercise bicycle two weeks ago after visiting two other fitness equipment stores. My sales rep Jon with the support of his company Johnson Fitness were heads and shoulders above the competition. And I'm not just talking about before I purchased, which is when most businesses are on their best behavior. Johnson Fitness and my salesman Jon went many extra miles after the sale to meet my needs and concerns. Buying fitness equipment is almost as stressful as buying a car. In todays world we are talking real money to get a quality piece of equipment. The nightmare scenario is to find that you have the wrong equipment, you paid way too much, the equipment you purchased needs to be customized to fit your needs and the store says "SORRY". Well, in my case the before and after sales experience which included some of the concerns above was and continues to be excellent. I highly recommend this organization.

Google and the sign on the door says they open at 10am on Saturday. Came at 9:58 and lights were off, which is fine. Browsed another store and came back at 10:06 and there was a sign saying back in 10 minutes. Annoyed now but ok. Waited 10 minutes on the money and 10:16 and still closed. Cool, will take my money elsewhere. This happened on March 10, 2018. Edit: Bumping my review to 3-stars due to the prompt response. I already made my purchase at another store the same day though.
