As the owners of the Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academies, we are very proud to provide the most innovative facility and effective programming for children six weeks through twelve years. We have two children of our own and know how important it is to feel confident in the selection of a quality childcare center. Our sincere love for children and strong belief that they should have a solid foundation, in combination with Kids 'R' Kids, the absolute leader in its industry, make the perfect choice for your family's childcare needs. Our center is approximately 17,000 square feet with 10 classroom suites, a cafeteria, a resource room, a large activity gym for before and after school students, a water park and 4 large play areas separated for age groups. DOLLY HAGLER

Being a first time mom is stressful especially during this pandemic so handing my child off to a daycare has been completely terrifying but I was willing to give this establishment a chance. I spoke with the director and everything sounded promising until I had to complete orientation for my daughter. I told angel(the director) that I didn’t get off until 5:30pm but I was close so I would be able to make it there by 6. I literally got to the front door at 6pm on the dot and was told by the short blonde haired lady that they were closed and wasn’t I suppose to be there earlier. I thought that was completely rude considering what I had already spoke to angel about, I then asked to speak with angel. Angel then can to the door to also state that they were closed. I asked her was I not able to do the orientation (which only entailed me signing the documents that I had already completed online) and she stated it depends on if I had to read through everything or not because they were closed. I told her no I don’t have to read it all over again, so she gave me the clipboard but by the time I got to car after being handled the way I did, I just decided not to go forward with completely the orientation forms. The handling of the situation just wasn’t commendable in my opinion especially being a business owner myself, I wouldn’t have handled a new PAYING customer or any customer in this manner. If you’d handled your customers in this rude and inconsiderable manner I could only imagine how my child would’ve been handled. As an African American I’m so for supporting my people and bringing my business to them but they suck at customer service with their arrogance and unprofessionalism. So I decided to move my business elsewhere.

My daughter turned 2 yrs old last week and she has been enrolled at KRK of Grayson since she was 9 weeks old. Very happy with every level of service from the teachers to the assistants to the office staff! I absolutely love the parent portal and the fact that I can live stream & check on my little one anytime throughout the day (great peace of mind). Thank you for genuinely loving & caring for our children.
