The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of materials is really good. I just wish the delivery service was better. My first order was two pallets of rock. Was given a delivery window but ended up waiting around for it. Stuff happens so I just brushed it off. Ordered another pallet yesterday, supposed to be delivered at 8am. 9:45 still waiting. Made a couple of phone calls to inquire about the status. Finally got a return call and a apology, but still I wasted a morning waiting around. Update: Received a message from management, with another sincere apology. I never asked for anything but he refunded the delivery charge. That wasn't necessary, but it is a good way to keep customers. Thank you.

Over the years they have switched ownership and I like most were skeptical when it took place becauseTerri and her husband had the best products. The worries were null and void. They now have much more than then and the products old and new are and always have been A. You will never go wrong with this group. Have question they will answer evertime. Honest, helpful, dependable and do what they promose.

I've bought a LOT of rock from Luxury Landscape Supply...always have been great, knowledgeable, and wonderful quality. Pricing is in line with other rock yards. Recently we bought dyed mulch. A couple of comments here: I called on what is mostly the busiest day of the year for mulch...on a Saturday and they were able to deliver same day to us! Unfortunately, due to volumes and their supplier, the black dye (actually vegetable dye which made me happier knowing it was not a harsher chemical) washed off the next morning with a big rain. I have never had this happen before. I called up Luxury Landscape Supply and Cole spoke to me. He first explained that the dye must set for 48 hrs before it gets wet. This is usually not an issue because it sits in their yard for at least that time frame (or at their suppliers yard). With the huge volumes being delivered, it was just a timing issue. Although I was the only one to call about the issue, he does get a very few (out of thousands of orders) a year. He worked out a deal for us involving some new product (free of charge) so that at least the beds looked nice and fresh again) and a refund (our beds were mostly full so we didn't have room for a whole new set of mulch). I truly appreciate this level of customer service because this came out of his pocket...not his supplier. During these difficult times, it's nice to know people are willing to work through issues. Because of this, Luxury Landscape Supply will continue to gain my business. We have a big project set for next year and Cole will be seeing me in his shop for a nice order.
