I have had some really bad experiences with all kinds of medical facilities. I can honestly say that the staff here is so incredibly kind! Wan, the NP and Jackie the RN made me feel like family today! They are both so amazingly caring and pleasant! They have huge hearts and really made me feel at home... in a doctors office! They are patient and they listened to every detail of what I said and asked. The front office, Dr. K’s admin Rochelle, and everyone else smiled and REALLY turned what could have been very scary into a great day! THANK YOU! All of you!!!

I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Peacock and brought years of past records in including recent bloodwork reports. I was advised it would be a good idea to update 1 bloodtest while at the office. The office was given my insurance information ahead of time. I assumed they would use my preferred lab like any office I have ever been to has ever done to maximize my benefit. I was wrong. They used an in house lab which was still considered in network but used outpatient fees. My normal out of pocket for years has been under 20 for this test. I was charged 144.27 for my out of pocket!!! I have been trying to get a reason why since I inquired about my explanation of benefits recieved. I have recieved no statement, but was called to pay the bill last week by a third party! As you can understand I am very upset! I have gone back and forth with different employees at Dr. Peacock's office and Northside Hospital. Today I was told by Tawana at Dr. Peacock's office that there is nothing they can do.
