I would highly recommend Dr.Jing Gill and the whole office for any of your dermatological needs and issues. The best bedside manners, very knowledgeable, attentive, and carrying doctor. The stuff is amazing as well. Always on time. If you need Mohs surgery, look for no more.

I had an appointment at 4:10. I wasn’t called back until after 4:30. Once I was in the back it was about 5 minutes before I was seen. The doctor and nurse were very to-the-point. I had a procedure, dr said she was going to numb the area. I was told that the shot would sting but wouldn’t feel the cut. I didn’t say “ow” during the shot but I did during the procedure. Doctor was very willing to help me and get me what I needed. Following up, I have been contacted everyday with a voicemail request to call back. I called back the same day and was told I was just getting called to schedule my next appointment. I said no thank you and hung up. I was called again, same message. I called back to get pathology results and was told a nurse would call me back same day. No call back. I was called again today, same message left. I called back today and even stated that I was told I would be called back yesterday and wasn’t that I would like to be called today and the nurse has permission to leave a VM. No call. My cut is still very tender (I’m worried about the healing-may not be their fault), I still don’t have pathology results, and no one is following through. I don’t know that I would return.
Well run facility where appointments are on-time. Waiting room chairs are clean and comfortable. WiFi is available for patients.
My son came here and he just felt comfortable and left confident that he had his concerns addressed. The staff is very kind and just makes you feel at ease.
